Job Description
-The business executive main task will be to facilitate the growth of the business by working primarily with the sales and marketing departments.
– New business development.
-Lead Generation by telecalling
-The person will be handling the Jobswitch Section of the Website (www.jobswitch.in), where all the advertising and media jobs are flashed.
-Required to call our clients who would be the media companies, Media agencies, Ad agencies and the marketing firms for the purpose of selling the Jobswitch Section to them for flashing their latest Job vacancies.
-The skills required by the person are Strategic planning & execution, online business management, Product research & development, Operations, Online Marketing & alliances.
-Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties.
-Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
-Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
-Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
-Understands clients’ needs.
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
-Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
