Job Profile/Description
The production manager (technical) will work under Production Controller. He/she will be responsible for the technical aspects of the shoot. Including lights, camera, sound equipments, camera mounts etc. All this will be arranged and supervised by him/her.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Close coordination with Director of photography and director,
Understand the light requirement and other technical requirements and make them available in the given span of time.
Candidate should be aware of the vendors for the equipment’s required for shoot.
He/she will be in charge of all in house equipment’s.
Should have ability to create own team.
He/she should be able to arrange and manage manpower for the shoot.

Other/Special Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years relevant experience.
Must be adept at determining priorities, setting an efficient schedule, and effectively overseeing multiple crews to ensure goals are met.
Professionally represent the company’s interests with internal and external resources.
Demonstrate success engaging in the resolution of technical and personnel issues.
Self-motivated, has excellent management and multi-tasking skills.
