Support the APAC Traction Product strategy
Scope:
Management of all the activities of design, industrialization, sourcing, manufacturing, validation, delivery, starting of revenue service, reliability growth, warranty management, for the Traction drive (and CVS if any) , in accordance with a share of work defined with the CoE in Europe and with RS Project in APAC.
Performance Measurement / KPI’s
All ‘’Indian Work Packages’’ costs (NRC/RC) at completion
OTIF
Specific KPI related to specific actions launched (example Redesign to Cost or Localization actions plans)

Responsibilities
In accordance to the scope defined above:
Manages multifunctional team across BGL and CJB sites to execute Indian part of the Traction scope in accordance with the APAC Traction strategy, with the share of work defined with the European CoE and with the global Project targets given by the RS Project Director .
Manages or Co manages with the CoE SSM, the project in all its aspects NRC and RC costs, delivery schedule, Customer documentation to delivered, performance and reliability targets…
Is directly responsible of the QCD objectives of the Indian Traction scope
In charge of Traction cross functional team management (Engg, Sourcing, PME, Quality…)
Manages CJB site such that deliveries are in line with commitment.
Manages CJB site such that RC are in line with commitment
Monitors (with the help of a WPC) the RC and NRC costs of the project/product he manages.
Ensures in BGL as in CJB that the resources necessary for the good execution of the project are in place.
Manages the reliability growth.
Coordinates improvement activities/costs reductions according to the QCD commitments given at project or product levels.

Is the Customer (internal & external) interface for his project.
Is with the Traction PREM the interface with the CoE in charge of the project in Europe.
Manages with the CoE SSM, the risks & opportunities at the Traction level.
Provides directly or through his Traction PREM the relevant data to “Metiers” for their workload forecast
Provides relevant data to the APAC Traction Product Manager
Is responsible to provide the relevant information for new tenders using the same product
