Sr. Client Servicing Manager (Media Operations) – New Delhi – GC Media Pvt. Ltd

Job Description
*Take complete charge of a Brand Campaign (Print / Electronic / Outdoor / Digital).
* Monitor the client’s requirements and address queries and report to the related department.
* Give weekly, monthly & quarterly projections.
* Ability of Complete Campaign Mapping.
* Supervise to ensure best delivery of Client Requirement.
* Making and working on presentations on campaign ideas and budget to the client;
* Work closely with all agency department staff to develop and implement project strategies
* Retain, grow and develop accounts through daily interactions with clients
* Assist with advertising strategies; – Mentor and manage reporting team members.
* Manage the account, internal processes and deliverables from start to end of the projects assigned to them.
* Ensure invoicing to client within stipulated Time Period
* Ensure collection within given Credit Period or as agreed terms.
* Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of advertising strategies.
* Guide and motivate All team members to generate the business from existing & new clients.
* Organizing the clients on high, medium and low on business volumes calibre. –
* Attend the client meetings as and when required.

Other/Special Requirements
* Dynamic personality. * Strong Team Leader Quality. * Ability to work Independently. * Expert at conflict resolution and negotiation, with strong written and oral communication skills * 2-3 experience of working in an Advertising Agency at same Post with Proven Records.

Qualifications:
Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant field, Media and Mass Communication

Experience:2 to 3 yrs.
