JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Head of IS/T Software Management, the Software Asset Manager – Workplace will be in charge of Workplace related software management. The role will require to work within an international team, partially based in France. The candidate must be able to travel to France occasionally

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
In the department SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT:
Ensure an accurate follow-up of Workplace fleet of SW (MS, Adobe etc…) regarding:
Purchases and renewals
Alignment with Company strategy for workplace area
Support to negotiation & budget
Providing Software Asset Managers reports in management of fleet of software (feed editors portal with info given by SAMs + other required data action)
Identify and manage workplace Software potential risk (financial, compliance…)
Ensure data are up to date in dedicated trackers/tools incl. Service Now and communicated at appropriate level.
Lead remediation plans of the scope with stakeholders with architects/EUC team
Optimize fleet of software management and advise architect/EUC team
Put in place proper governance to manage the scope
Support Head with various transversal presentations and other requested actions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Having at least 5 years experiment on SAM related areas, workplace area being a major plus
Knowledge of software metrics/contracts
Project management (governance, deliverables oriented)
PMO experiment is a plus
