Job Description
• Framing media investment strategies for clients towards the accomplishment of their short term and long term goals
• Building a Creative Media Plan by selecting the right channels, formats and placements for the Client campaign within the client’s budget. Making media plans in response to the latest audience figures be it on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Mobile, etc.
• Setting quality standards for media department and enforcing adherence
• Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records
• Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy.

1) Track the entire process of payment to vendors and ROs’ with Clients. Negotiation with vendors to attain the most competitive rates in the industry
2) While seamlessly conducting existing businesses, figuring out new means to extract business from the existing accounts as well as charting out new business opportunities for the agency
3) – Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns – Attending business and strategic client meetings from time to time – Researching and understanding clients business objectives and advertising strategy – Ensuring there is no deviation in account/ campaign budgeting vis a vis actuals
4) – Responsible for allocating required budget by developing unique and strategically appropriate media platforms – Formulating and presenting the first level plan to clients
5) Responsible for generation of reports with the budget and time invested
6) Strong focus on coming up with Innovative Media Strategies in line with latest industry trends
7) Maintaining contacts with media owners, ensuring statistics, circulation and viewing figures are up to date

Qualifications:

Experience:2 to 5 yrs.
