Position: Senior copywriter/ studio manager
Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities :
Must have a minimum of 3-4 YEARS of work experience in the advertising/ social media industry who can think of concepts along with creative copy for mass media communication as well as digital.
Must be from advertisement background and not from an IT background/ other industry.
Must not be just a content writer/ editor, should be able to work on ad campaigns and ideas and must be from the advertising/ digital background.
Should have previous experience in creating ad campaigns on good brands.
Should have excellent communication, writing skills and fluent English speaking skills and perfect grammar. Should be able to write any kind of copy- long and short. Ideas + writing, both strengths are required for this role, along with leadership and team management skills.
Will be paired up with an art director for working on ad campaigns, social media campaigns, strategies and pitches.
Will be responsible for all copy for all accounts and will be responsible for all the output from junior copywriters.
Understand Geek’s strategic goals and brand; analyze the creative team, environment, processes, technologies, etc., to determine areas needing improvement; and build and direct a creative function aligned with and supportive of those goals.
Make decisions on a daily basis that ensure both profitability and creative quality
Set expectations and standards (build a culture) for creative team attitude, behavior, teamwork and professional development. Lead accordingly.
Ensure the creative team knows and follows standards.
Will be reporting to the Creative Head.

Excellent presentation skills.
