Senior Client Servicing Executive / Client Servicing Management Trainees

Job Description
Understanding client’s communication requirements and delivering them on time and multitasking of job
Expert at conflict resolution and negotiation, with strong written and oral communication skills
Work closely with all agency department staff to develop and implement project strategies
Retain, grow and develop accounts through daily interactions with clients
Adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities
Manage resources to ensure that projects stay on-time and under/on-budget
Basic research skills to gain understanding of new clients/projects
Understand and manage the billing on the account
Manage the account, internal processes and deliverables from start to end of the projects assigned to them.

Other/Special Requirements
Preference will be given to those who can join immediately
Be mobile with your own vehicle, a smartphone and the ability to multi-task
Have excellent communication skills.
Should have great presentation skills. Ability to craft Powerpoint presentations and deliver them to an audience.
Be able to research concepts on the internet as well as social platforms to distil concepts
Be a people person – extrovert, persuasive.
Well groomed, you should have the poise to deal with CXOs.
Extremely methodical, systematic, you should ensure great attention to detail and ensure deadlines are met

Senior Client Servicing Executives with 3+ years of experience in Advertising,PR Firm, Event Management
Senior Client Servicing Executives – Healthcare with 2-3 years experience in a Hospital
Management Trainees with 6 months of experience in Advertising,PR Firm, Event Management

Qualifications:
Preferably MBA. Graduates may also apply

Experience:3 to 4 yrs.
