This is a Sales Support & Product Management role, reporting to the Collaborative Operation Center (COC) Manager in Business Area – Industrial Automation located in Bangalore. You will be responsible for service sales targets achievements.

Your responsibilities
Understanding customer requirements in the subject area and able to independently configure Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) digital services offerings.
Creating architecture drawings of the industrial IoT service offerings, to fit the need of the particular customer project, based on existing template/ marketing tools.
Managing sales support, bid preparation, including evaluation of customer requirements, development of technical sales specifications & cost estimates.
Participating in customer meetings and presentation/ demo sessions.
Handling life cycle maintenance contracts quotation, warranty management contracts.
Managing remote support service contracts and site audit contracts.
Consulting for value engineering contracts.
Performing as a Product Management of productizing delivery models of service products.

Your background
B. Tech/ B.E from a reputed university with first class in computer science/ electronics /instrumentation.
10- 12 years of experience in Distributed Control System (DCS) engineering service support.
Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) platform system/ analytics service products along with edge gateways and IoT protocols.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS from selling, proposal perspective.
Knowledge of DCS/ Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Hardware (HW)/ Software (SW) components.
Knowledge of IT/ network/ peripheral, eg UPS, printer, Personal Computer (PC), server components of DCS/ IoT platforms.
Able to list, create bill of materials for proposals.
Should be capable of preparing accurate technical and requirement specifications for a quotation essentially in industrial automation & IIOT market.
Knowledge of SaaS model of digital services.
Able to adopt problem solving tools such as 4Q analysis, fish bone analysis, application of statistical methods.
