International growth is Udacity’s big bet and high priority within the organization. The international teams across geographies consist of entrepreneurs, engineers, student services, and marketing professionals, all of whom will be stakeholders in our international growth. Working in Udacity India team, you’ll be responsible for creating & executing the digital marketing campaigns to achieve various objectives of the company including student acquisition, branding and promotion of various Nanodegree programs. You’ll also be responsible for managing the social media properties and ensuring that the properties stay engaging and meaningful for our students and community at large. Responsibilities:
Product launch – plan the launch of new products (Nanodegree programs) and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, understand triggers and barriers for the product. How they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market.
Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and ensure all tools and enablers are in place.
Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products.
Take complete responsibility for business numbers of your product and drive the business to achieve targets.
Constantly seek opportunities to improve our user acquisition process and methodology.
Strive for analytical excellence maximizing return and increasing efficiency.
Provide feedback and input on product roadmap for Indian market and identify opportunities to deliver greater value to our students.
Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience in category management or product marketing role.
Should have technology background (BTech. preferred) and understand the concepts of at-least one of these areas- web & mobile development, machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc.
Good understanding of marketing automation & product optimization tools like Hotjar, Optmizely, Salesforce, etc.
Experience with Facebook campaigns, SEO, Google AdWords (SEM), display marketing, ad networks, and testing methods; metrics driven marketer.
Ability to think creatively with no boundaries on what could be imagined.
Willing to experiment fast and change paths as needed.
Excellent analytical skills and an inquisitive nature.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Able to work independently in extremely fast paced, team environment; entrepreneurial mindset.
