Job Profile/Description
Looking for candidate with min experience of 7 years, working with Event Management Companies. Eye for detailing and passion for planning is must. Leadership qualities with open and positive team communication. Pre event Operational and budget planning support to CS team. Capable of taking handover of projects from CS team and ensuring smooth execution with profitability. Tech savvy and well aware of latest tech and trends in events and experiential space.

Would be responsible for delivery of projects. Pre & Post Event Planning
Vendor Management
Approach vendors and find the best (quality and cost effective) according to the budget
Planning & Preparation of BTL activity and ensure its smooth execution without any hurdles
Generate new options & ideas and increase profitability by giving best costs
Maintaining internal (Client Servicing, Creative and Accounts Department) and external coordination.
Coordination with operations team for day to day monitoring of activity, receiving feedback, crisis management
Take proper and precise brief from Client Servicing and Provide best options relating to
the BTL Activity to the CS team
Keep an open and clear communication with the CS, Creative and accounts team.
Similarly, keep the terms of payment clear with the vendors
Meet deadlines of activations cost, timings, reporting’s and closures
Maintain And Develop Database of Vendors and Suppliers PAN India and for smooth functioning for hectic and urgent requirements.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organization annual budget with ED Develop and manage annual budget Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organizations financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
Interacting with the client on all operational issues
Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done

Qualifications:Any Graduate / BCOM / BMM / BMS / MBA (any domain)
