Job Description
Primary responsibilities include planning and executing events, with an expertise in implementing the overall creative, technical and logistical elements that help an event succeed (event design, build strategies, audio-visual production, networking, logistics, partner sourcing, partner management, asset management, budgeting, negotiation, and client service). Should be capable of running the event from concepts, to implementation, to live show, to load out.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for following department protocols for event planning.
· Work with internal team, warehouse and external vendors in ensuring that all logistical needs for the event are understood and met.
· Identify necessary vendor / partner support, and then source and manage accordingly
· Liaise with audio-visual partners with sourcing all needs and ensuring that they are appropriately incorporated into the overall event
· Onsite main point of contact for all aspects of production
Other/Special Requirements
· 3-4 years of experience in handling production for event industry.
· Should have good experience) in handling events, exhibitions, activations, promotions, road shows, Mall activity etc.
· Co-ordination with client.
· Must have database of vendors across India.
· Co-ordination on material delivery sent to the client pre and post event.
· Negotiating & finalizing the cost as per the event.
· Conducting Recce, site visits prior to the event to map out details on resources, event plan, etc.
· Arrangement of advances through the accounts department for payment to vendors, artists, etc. 8) Original thinker with strong creative and conceptual skills.
· Resourceful, flexible with strong interpersonal ability.
· Passion for providing excellent service and quality
· Should have own conveyance.
Qualifications:Graduate
Experience:3 to 4 yrs.
