The candidate would play a key role in the Knowledge Management Team. He or she will be part of a team that to provide KM support to the respective industry/alliance/.discipline.

• Manage user engagement and user issues
• Ensure content relevance and compliance
• Deploy new features
• Promote Yammer usage and benefits
• Capture success stories and demonstrating value
• Maintain Yammer related reference materials
• Master Yammer API to perform technical activities
• Produce regular and flexible analytics reports
• Manage Yammer/ Microsoft relationship Knowledge Management (KM2/KM3)
• Monitor user behavior
• Consolidate enhancement requests
• Validate community creation
• Perform cleansing activities
• Maintain taxonomy keywords and user tags
• Moderating KM community
• Communicating KM success
• Producing training and support materials
• Producing regular and flexible analytics reports
• Supporting KM2 to KM3 migration
