Purpose of the Job/Objective
Lead Region Quality Industrial Network toward 0 defect policy in Production & Installation.
Organisation Reporting
Report to India Quality Director
Network & Links
Internal Interfaces : Region Quality Director, Local Quality Industrial & SQ teams, Industrial teams.
External Interfaces : Other compagnies (industrial benchmarking) and suppliers (providers of test automations).

Responsibilities
End-to-end performance : Lead implementation of Industrial Quality Roadmap to ensure 0 defect in production & installation.
Deploy industrial Quality standards : Anticipation, start of production, stabilization, crisis.
Assess industrial Quality site maturity and needs.
Lead site industrial Quality KPI’s improvement.
Support operational effectiveness and especially new site ramping up.
Lead and animate industrial Quality network.
Contribute to industrial Quality team skills development and talent pool fertilization.
Lead digitalization of industrial Quality processes and deployment of tools to reduce controls.
Promote industrial Quality initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree / Masters Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) 
Expert in MS Office suite, MS Outlook, MS Teams
Languages : English & Hindi: fluent 
Experience – 20 years
Knowledge or graduated in Lean activities and Design for 6s .
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage functionally an international Network.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing / industrial quality. 
Experience in managing Quality tools and problem solving tools. 
Knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications…) would be an asset 
Language Skills: English, Hindi & Local Language 
IT Skills: SAP
