Job Description
Overview
Under the direction of HR Manager/Supervisor, assists and provides support in the administration of policies and procedures, employee in-processing, personnel maintenance, personnel reporting and data distribution. Provides information to internal and external customers regarding Human Resource personnel actions with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Assists in the in-processing and out-processing of all employees.
Enters and maintains employees in the company HRIS,
Provide daily personnel accountability of both AN and OCN employees
Assists in daily Administrative and Personnel action activities to include the processing of updates to employee personal data in UKG.
Assists with filing of documents and facilitates department wide personnel file audits and personnel file close out for terminated personnel for archiving.
Facilitates various demographic reporting through UKG and the project HRIS system; vacation reports, separation reports and termination reports, promotions, etc.
Processes stipend payments, employee bonuses, annual offers and employment agreements, vacation travel allowances, and end of service gratuities.
Accurately processes Personnel Transaction Forms (PTF), Payroll Matrix as needed.
Provide a high level of customer support to employees and program management, to include various requests for information from DCAA and other Audit monitoring entities as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
Must have three (3) years’ of demonstrated Human Resource Administrative/Generalist experience. Prefer large DoD Project/OCONUS HR Experience. Must have working knowledge of Regional Labor Laws, Middle East customs and work regulations.
Skills & Technology Used:
Must have a high degree of professionalism, outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Must read, write and speak English fluently.
Working Environment:
Works in a general office environment. However, duties will sometimes involve the conduct of work in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures- up to 130 degrees in the summer months. Will comply with all Fire, Safety and post policies. Normal work week is 48 hours but must be able to work overtime or nights as required
