Job Profile/Description
You acquire and manage talent for startups and/or companies that have scaled up really fast and in a very short period of time, and/or
You manage end-to-end recruitment for your organisation: source and filter active/passive candidates, conduct preliminary interviews and release offer letters, and/or,
You compile, maintain, update and analyse such personnel-related data as hires, transfers, absenteeism rates, performance appraisals and conduct exit interviews etc. to improve your organisation’s people management policies and practices, and/or
You utilize social media to create, advertise and scout the market for positions, attract talent and build online communities, and/or
Interpret and administer contracts and resolve work-related problems.

Qualifications:Graduate/MBA in Hr
