Job Description
(A)Strategic Role:
•New business development
•Brand Building Strategies
•Solely responsible for the performance of the Branch
•Revenue generation through new account development and key account management

(B) Operational Role:
• Responsible for achieving branch budget
• Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.
• Developing relevant business proposals
• Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers
• Responsible for servicing/retaining of Clients
• Provide value addition to our existing clients

(C) Organizational Role: To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies. Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Other/Special Requirements He would be responsible for profitability and overall operation of the branch.He should be team player with excellent communication skills. Preference would be given to the candidates from Advertising/Media Industry. Should be a team player and be a strong link between the clients and creative / media department.

Qualifications:MBA/Any Degree

Experience:7 to 12 yrs.
