Account Management
• Accountable for given projects / accounts.
• Understanding therapy area & segment
• Understanding client and brand requirements
• Secondary and Primary Research to gather insights and market understanding.
• Preparing written brief for campaigns
• Follow up and corrections
• Checking for correctness in every artwork, design etc.
• Proactive work especially for retainer accounts.
• Monthly Review meeting with client.
Project Management
• Meeting timelines
• Planning and Organizing work
• Preparing minutes of meetings (as per format) held with the client
• Weekly reporting on projects undertaken and tracking progress
• Meeting the monthly billing and collection targets
• Ensure work process to ensure profitability
• Analysis of time taken for completion and working towards better work cycles.
• Documentation of client interactions and maintaining client files
• Setting up client meetings for interaction with top management when necessary.
• Having the right servicing attitude in servicing clients
Business Development
• Cross selling medico marketing, digital, events and other services in existing accounts to grow account value and potential.
• Ensuring satisfactory servicing to ensure client satisfaction and enable account renewals.
a) Support in working on new initiatives /new business development.
Other/Special Requirements
3 to 5 years in client servicing function of Pharma Advertising agency or Brand management function of Pharmaceutical company. Ex- PMT members who have left the industry due to personal issues / Travelling restrictions and now want to work again in full time or part time capacity are also welcome
Should be entrepreneurial, dedicated. Should be willing to travel.
Qualifications:Graduate with management qualification – Preferably science Graduate
Experience:3 to 5 yrs.
