Business Development Manager – New Delhi – CDC (INDIA) Advertising

Job Profile/Description
The BDM and BDE has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for CDC India Advertising Pvt. Ltd. This will be achieved through technical pre-sales support, marketing programs, sales training, sales support, and vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are target oriented.

Job Description: BDM
1. Responsible for achieving monthly sales plan /budget for CDC India Advertising Pvt. Ltd.
2. Responsible for tracking customer information, forecast reports.
3. Conduct sales presentations at customer site.
4. Responsible for Tie up with corporate for Merchant Membership.
5. Provide frequent market feedback on products, competition.
6. Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales targets.
7. Track all business development activities, analyze and suggest new strategies.

Job Description: BDE
1. Responsible for the achieving the sales and business development target of the area as per plan.
2. Planning achieving tie-up targets through direct visits and cold calls. Primarily responsible for the continued growth of client tie-ups.
3. Ensure the revenue and profitability targets while establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth in the area of operation.
4. Ability to work independently.

Other/Special Requirements
Good knowledge of areas in the city should be residents or living in Delhi.
Any graduate/Post graduate candidates (PGDM/MBA) – Marketing specialization preferred
Candidate should have 1 -5 years of exp in Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
English and Hindi language skill is must
Ready to travel Delhi-NCR for meetings.
