Job Profile/Description
Job Duties:
1)Will need to be self starter who can plan business development strategies and execute them to meet the revenue targets.
2)Lead a team of BDM as well as individual contributor.
3)Identifies prospective clients by researching on industry trends, databases and social media
4)Develops sales pitches and case studies as per different industry needs analysis and benchmarking.
5)Able to develop connects with senior management of client organizations/Brand managers.
6)Responsible for an annual influence booking/revenue quota with high growth target.
7)Along with driving sales growth, this position is responsible for appropriate sales forecasting and development of strong pipeline to manage a healthy sales.

Other/Special Requirements
1)Desired experience: Candidates who have worked in the media, advertising industry would be most appropriate. (TV Channel sales, Radio sales, Space selling, etc.)
2)Excellent communication and presentation skills
3)Ability to bond with customers at all levels
4)Discipline, Ethics and Smart work
5)Focused on results and customer satisfaction
6)Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA) with 4-10 yrs of experience in Business Development
