Job Description
1) Identifying potential clients and building new leads
2) Arranging meetings with key decision makers
3) Uncover client needs through conversations / meetings
4) Follow – up & contact management
5) Presentation to Client, cost estimates
6) Meeting billing targets, collection targets and overall development of the account
7) Documentation & Daily reporting
8) Reviewing overall operations of the account (Defining process / Flowchart / SOP for the team,
Setting up targets for the team, Reconciliation of client issues / services as per contracts
9) On-going discussion with Brand Managers on briefs, approvals and special projects
10) MIS / Query Management
Other/Special Requirements
Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, Planning, Scheduling, highly persuasive and a good aptitude
Qualifications:MBA/PGDBA in Marketing
Experience:2 to 3 yrs.
