Job Profile/Description
– Translate business requirements for workforce productivity, data gathering, analysis and reporting to technical needs.
– Provide advanced administration of key internal tools including process ownership, reporting and dashboards, license management and user account maintenance.
– Develop tools, reporting and dashboards to support workforce management and control desk functions.
– Develop reporting using business intelligence software (including Tableau), Microsoft Excel, VisualBasic and VBA
– Develop tools using Java and VBA to automate routine tasks and provide decision-assist to technical specialists
– Undertake database maintenance, standardization, and data quality
– Coordinate timeline and activities for multiple projects
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
