Job Description
Carpediem is looking for a Brand Manager who can support multiple brands across a spectrum of companies, from start-ups to SME’s and more established ones. The role involves developing and executing marketing activities to increase the value and performance of a brand. One would also work on developing a strong employer brand for companies, so as to build the perception of ‘a great place to work with’ both internally & externally
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Carry out stakeholder research, help build marketing strategies and finally bring them to life in market
• Create a brand focus within the companies we work with, facilitate organizational changes that deliver on the brand promise
• Lead execution of marketing plans, liaise with creative agencies and media firms
• Develop employee value propositions to provide a consistent platform for employer brand communication and experience management

Strong personal attributes in a candidate as listed below would be deemed necessary:
Is self-driven, willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done
Has maturity to work with people across levels • Can wear multiple hats
Ability to influence without having direct authority
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Strong Execution skills
Qualifications:Communications or Marketing background
Experience:1 to 3 yrs.
