The position
The holder of this position is overall responsible for all administrative support to the recruiters, Hiring Manager, Recruitment Partners and Line of Business(LOB) by ensuring a high level of service and performance when delivering administrative support and a continued focus on process optimisation.
As an administrator you must involve in daily maintenance of recruitment overview and develop continuously to improve the processes. Besides, you must book candidates for interviews including booking of meeting rooms and must handle applications from candidates and feedback from candidates.
Furthermore, you must update and maintain job and recruitment database and must handle various department mail boxes. Additionally, you must be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the recruitment process and must identify cross-organisational areas for improvement and follow up on these. You must also provide input to Centre of Excellence (COE) on development of new administrative processes and systems and must be involved in implementation of new administrative processes and systems.
In addition to the above, you must be an expert in recruit and other administrative systems and overall day-to-day responsible for off-shore administrative recruitment activities.
Finally, you will be involved in developing and contiguous improvement of the processes and standards, including implementation and training of the process in own area or across organisation and must be responsible for driving projects themselves or supporting the COE’s in maintenance, developing and continuous improvements including process confirmation of the global processes across Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
Below are the qualifications required.
Administrative educational background
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration with Human Resource background will be added benefit
Experience from working as a coordinator/expense audit/help-desk supporter
Good communication skills in English
Good IT skills (MS Office tools and other relevant technologies)
Expert within Recruit and other relevant IT systems (Success Factors, Kenexa Brassring)
Expertise on calendar management through MS Outlook
