Job Description
The candidate will help develop and implement innovative/alternative solutions to strengthen a brand’s communication.
He/she may supervise the work of designers, copywriters, animation artists, film directors, live show directors, performing artists, and all creatives within the artistic team.
He/she will relate well with prospective clients and deliver presentations to them to win their business; and recommend alternative/non-traditional methods ideas that are appropriate/can help strengthen the brand’s position.
He/she won’t only give creative inputs for the project but also will be concerned with the business development tasks-coordinating with the planning team, and will be expected to lead the charge on new business development/opportunities.
Other/Special Requirements
• Be highly creative and imaginative: Thinking out of the box should be the norm. Being able to link traditional brand positioning with audacious ideas that can help the brand differentiate its communication across varied media.
• Screenplay writing, Film, Music, Photography and any additional creative passion/pursuit is highly recommended.
• Leadership proof of having led creative teams and executed exciting brand campaigns from idea to execution is a must.
Being able to develop and grow teams in integrated platforms (Live & Web content) would be a key factor in our shortlist process.
• Creation on demand and under strained timelines is a necessity.
To be able to improvise and creatively strategise basis ecological factors, trends, client needs, as well as internal positioning.
• Have an eye for detail-An idea is nothing without having the sufficient resources to execute them to its highest qualitative form & function.
Bringing industry networks of directors, artists, designers, writers, avid- YouTubers, freelance creative folk would be highly appreciated.
• Keeping up with industry, media, content, and entertainment trends is of the utmost value- the position will require the candidate to inspire teams to think/devise groundbreaking creative strategies.
• Creativity driven by a key understanding of commerce is the basic need of the job. Being able to benchmark with industry norms/standards and offer the most effective pricing strategy for the creative campaign is essential.
• Execution experience across varied media: TVC, Web content, Film, Television-fiction, Audio branding and long/short form written content.
• Creatively and effectively finding a unique positioning for the brand’s communication through the campaign idea/strategy.
Qualifications:
Individuals who have a degree in fine arts, media production, communication, animation, or a connected course. A bachelor’s degree related to the field of media is preferred, but not sacrosanct. We encourage all creative folk who love to champion alternative forms of brand communication to come and meet with us, if they fulfill some of our experience criteria.
