Job Description
1) Able to spearhead activation team Client Interface, servicing & Management of all client’s requirement related to activations.
2) Understanding clients’ requirements; planning, designing and execution of events.
3) Maintaining regular Brand feedback from on-ground campaigns.
4) Managing & developing activation strategies for key accounts. Taking pro-active steps to formulate on ground activation.
5) Grab new opportunities through proactive market intelligence system. Generate new business opportunities from existing clients.
6) Cost Estimation, planning, budgeting for all activities.
7) Gathering information and negotiating contracts prior to closing any deals.
8) On-site supervision of tasks.
9) Obtaining licenses & permissions from authorities.
10) Proactively handling any arising issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems on the event day.
11) Conducting pre- event/post -event evaluations and reports.
12) Should be good in Vendor management.
13) Should be able to do Road shows, Mall activities, Exhibitions, RWA’s.
Qualifications:Graduate with relevant industry experience.
Experience:3 to 5 yrs.
