Your responsibilities
Perform Basic & detail Engineering activities and provide optimized solutions for the electrical system for Ports and Electrical Balance of Plant experience.
Preparation of overall key SLD, Auxiliary AC/ DC SLD & protection SLD.
Design calculations including transformer sizing, Battery sizing, earthing calculation, cable sizing, cable tray sizing, lighting calculation, lightning calculation.
Experience in Switchyard engineering like various layout, C& R panel design, control logics & schematic design, RTU, PASS modules etc.,
Preparation of data sheet & specification for all equipment, like transformer, LV & MV bus duct, MV switchgear, LV Switchgear, Battery/ UPS system.
Selection of VFD & its cable, cable tray, earthing.
Detail Engineering – Equipment layout & section, earthing layout design, cable routing / cable tray layout, bus duct layout, lighting layout, lightning layout, switchgear fixing.
Preparation of complete cable engineering like cable sizing, selection of cable, preparation of cable procurement specification, cable schedule & termination schedule preparation.
Preparation of General layout Arrangement drawing.
Vendor drawing review for Transformer, MV & LV Bus duct, MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear, Drives, DC/UPS system, DG set, NGR.
Your background
8-12 years of experience in handling different phases of electrical power system studies.
Experience in Ports/ Process Industries, EBoP for Ports and Marines, ETAP/ NEPLAN/ MI Power/PSSE/Digsilent Powerfactory is added advantage.
PSCAD / EMTP-RV is added advantage.
Knowledge in MS-Office tools like MS Word, Excel, Power Points etc., is mandatory.
