A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/documentationwith at least 55% marks or itsequivalent grade of B in the UGCseven points scale and consistentlygood academic record set out in theseRegulations.ii. At least thirteen years as a DeputyLibrarian in a university library oreighteen years’ experience as aCollege Librarian.iii. Evidence of innovative library serviceand organization of published work.iv. Desirable: M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree inlibrary science/information science /documentation/achieves andmanuscript-keeping.
