Good Visualization skills. Responsible for designing micro sites, mailers, Print ads, Logo designs & banner creatives.
Must have extensive experience of color scheme and typography
working knowledge of Flash Animation, Action script (Optional)
Good optimization skills

Other/Special RequirementsSoftware skills :-
Required exp. in Adobe suite.
Have a good understanding & general internet technologies.

Should skilled in layout designing, banner, flash animation.
