Job Profile/Description
Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients; developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Dreamweaver and Flash;
developing interactive design;
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites.
Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages.
Assume other duties as assigned.

Other/Special Requirements
Formal graphic design training
A minimum of 2 years design experience
Knowledge of Photoshop for slicing designs to be converted into XHTML compliant Web Pages.
Candidate with very good experience in Template and Theme Designing.
Knowledge of iPhone & Android PSD Design.
Must have analytical & artistic skils, good Communication & computer skill.
Must have Time-management skill to meet deadline of different projects at a time.
Experience: Candidate must have following skills :-
oMust Haves – Photoshop, Fireworks
oModerate – HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
oProficient on Backbone, bootstrap, node.js etc. frameworks of Javascript
oModerate knowledge of Photoshop for slicing designs to be converted into XHTML compliant Web Pages
oExperience in logo, Template and Theme Designing
Knowledge in SaaS, Less; Knowledge of iPhone & Android PSD Design,
