Job Description
Firstly be very Fluency in English Communication
Should handle the telemarketing activities of the company.
Daily Follow-up to the enquiries should be done without negligence.
Generate source of business through various social networks.Generate leads on a continuous basis.
Detail oriented and can meet deadlines comfortably.
Cold calling and Lead generation.
Give a basic sales pitch of services to the client.
Building excellent client relations over the phone.
Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy environment.
Accurately maintaining records of all calls & customer details.
Maintain MIS reports in Excel/ Words Formats
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating them
.
Coordinate with various team members across Pan India Branches for various business and operation functions.

Should be hardworking & possess positive attitude towards work.
Ability to interact with people effectively.
Adaptable to any working conditions.
Should have excellent communication skills English and Local Languges
Should be proactive.
Should possess time management skills.
Being able to understand clients needs & develop good relationships with clients.
A clear voice, fluency and correct pronunciation along with strong grasp on grammar and words in English language are basic requirements for all telesales job
Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, Planning, Scheduling, highly persuasive and a good aptitude

Qualifications:Experience Counts more then Education
