Job Description
Conduct concept testing, develop personas based on desired end user audiences, and perform task/user analysis Perform or utilize qualitative and quantitative research to create compelling online experiences that generate business results Plan and execute strategies that drive final interactive product development Create prototypes that illustrate proposed navigation design and information hierarchy Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of efficient and effective usability methodology/process, documentation, workflow and design standards

Other/Special Requirements
7 or more years of UX design experience for software, web & mobile applications Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design compositions Experience with UI design patterns and standard UCD methodologies Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator

Qualifications:Graduate

Experience:5 to 7 yrs.
