Job Description:-
You will be part of the global marketing shared services team (MCOS) and will be working with the Group Internal Communications team to assist in day-to-day maintenance of the Capgemini Group Internal Communications applications, primarily the intranets and the communication tools. You will report to the Group Internal Communications Digital Channels Manager and work in collaboration with the existing onshore support agency. Support the Capgemini intranet application and custom communication tools to ensure that they are performing as expected Monitor technical and functional performance of the services and provide immediate support to resolve any issues that may occur Respond to tickets raised by users of the application within specified SLA Develop, amend, update and test enhancements to the applications Develop, test and support new web applications for Capgemini intranets and communication tools Work with MySQL databases Manage the web applications in Unix/Linux server environments Liaise with Capgemini India ITICS on the support and maintenance of the local instance of the intranet Collaborate with local India IM and ensure local instance of the intranet is managed and supported Document the internal communication applications.

Specification / Skills / Experience
• Extensive and demonstrable experience in web development
• Excellent team-working and rapport-building skills
• Proven communication skills in English
• Able to work unsupervised and deliver quality results fast Willingness to regularly expand and refresh technical skill set using online/self training
• Able to produce detailed technical documentation in line with defined quality standards Motivated, flexible and dynamic self starter.
• Proven ability to carry out project work from start to finish
• Proven ability to carry out multiple tasks to different deadlines
• Needs to have already worked in a team of at least four people
• Experience of website development for a medium to large-sized company
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience working in an organization in the business of Consulting, Technology, Outsourcing, Professional Services Ability to identify, develop and implement new technologies through self exploration

• HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery, responsive integration Linux : file system, users and access right, Apache configuration, MySQL configuration, performance tuning, security
Secondary Skills: –
One of the following skills are currently being used within the existing role, and are ‘good to have’ for the right candidate
• Open Source CMS packages
• Drupal, WordPress Google Analytics
• Webmaster Tools Web ecosystem knowledge: web security, web usability, web standards and web accessibility.
