Job Description
We are looking for an experienced creative with a passion and determination for crafting ideas and developing them into real-world projects.

If you have at least 6 years of agency experience and a portfolio bursting with sparkling ideas that have helped clients to solve problems, you could be just what we’re looking for!

Working closely with the Business Director & Creative Director, this person will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a small scale but multi-disciplined studio to develop compelling and high quality creative solutions across multiple channels. As such, the role would suit some one who has a strong creative vision and previous experience working on integrated campaigns that involve numerous touch points.

The ideal candidate:
• Will have demonstrated strong design skills with special attention to typography and deep understanding for use of copy.
• Will be actively involved in client meetings and presentations and will need to be a confident and convincing communicator who can articulate creative solutions in an inspiring way.

• Should be a true creative problem solver. Someone who understands core business objectives and needs and can deliver strong creative work that supports this.

• Needs to be confident leading projects and working as a senior member of a cross functional team.

Should have a keen eye for detail and a hardworker

Qualifications:BFA / MA Art & Design

Experience:6 to 8 yrs.
