Job Profile/Description
As a Web and Graphic Designer you will be responsible for handling multiple projects from concept through execution in all media including but not limited to: websites, microsites, banner ads, email blasts and social campaigns. You will report to the Art Director (and directly to the Creative Director). You’ll be working in a creative environment with various Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters and Digital Strategists. You should be passionate about digital and want to join a family of people united by their diversity, and tireless spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop concepts through innovation and creativity.
• Create well-balanced and extremely innovative, original designs for websites / microsites.
• Design banners , templates , emailers , flash animations , logos and landing pages<
• Result oriented and independent worker with out of the box and independent thinking capability.
• Proficiency in popular graphic designing tools – Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver & Illustrator.
• Must be able to justify the graphics / elements choices in the design.
• Must have experience in creating Landing Pages , mailers & banners
• Strong visualization skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to deliver on time.
