Job Profile/Description
1. Build web interfaces. Includes:
• Work closely with web designers and back-end developers to translate designs and style guides into functional user interfaces
• Ensure cross browser compatibility, performance and robustness of user interfaces
• Assume full control of HTML/CSS, maintaining code organization and cleanliness
• Contribute to continual improvement by researching and recommending improvements to user interface standards
• Ensure designs are coded to adhere to accessibility guidelines and best practices
• Optimize user interfaces for performance, including optimizing graphics
• Write and execute quality assurance test plans as necessary to deploy new user interfaces
Key Result: Marketing user interfaces are delivered on schedule and meet team and business goals.
Standard of Performance: Consistency and quality of the work; timely completion of tasks; low incidence of rework; adherence to branding and technical standards.
2. Build websites. Includes:
• Optimize sites for performance
• Build new HTML websites from layouts, site maps, and content provided by Web Project Managers.
• Make copy, content and code edits to existing websites
• Evaluate content and optimize for use on websites (e.g., PDFs, graphics, etc.)
• Post related media to sites
• Configure content via a CMS and/or on HTML pages
• Write and execute quality assurance test plans as necessary to deploy websites and content updates
• Monitor web sites for user errors, using tools such as Omniture and log files. Remediate errors and report on completion rates.
Key Result: Marketing websites are delivered on schedule and meet team and business goals.
Standard of Performance: Tasks are completed on time, schedules are adhered to, and stakeholders understand goals, processes and timeframes.

Qualifications:Proven mastery of HTML, CSS, Jquery ,PHP and Javascript development skills
