Job Profile/Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of Senior Visualiser, Visualiser and Junior Visualiser to meet the design
requirements of the company’s 4 brands: Four Fountains De-Stress Spa, Jazz Up Salon,
NuAyurveda Clinic and Power Spa.
2. Design mass media advertising campaigns as per brief provided by the Marketing team including print advertisements, outdoor hoardings, bus stop shelters, banners etc.
3. Design marketing collaterals such as posters, leaflets, discount vouchers, danglers, standees,
announcers, direct mailers, e-fliers, e-booklets, presentations, educational booklets and videos,
menus, leaflets, profile forms, feedback forms, letterheads, envelopes, visiting cards etc.
4. Design in-store elements such as shop signages, glow signboards, panels etc.
5. Provide all designs required for digital marketing such as for the website, facebook page, facebook ads, google adwords etc.
6. Design any other communication material required such as training material, recruitment
advertisements, franchisee search advertisements, franchisee exhibition kiosks etc.
7. Respond to any technical queries or resolve any issues relating to the artwork.
Other/Special RequirementsCandidate Profile
1. Should be a Fine Arts graduate from a reputed institute
2. Should have 5-10 years of hands-on visualizing experience.
3. Should be able to translate ideas and briefs into designs
4. Should have experience handling a team of visualisers
5. Should be proficient in key 2D, 3D and animation softwares

Qualifications:Graduate in Fine Arts

Experience:5 to 10 yrs.
