The Graphic Designer will need to support the following corporate objectives
1. Developing and adapting the brand design guidelines
2. Maintaining cohesiveness of the brand look and feel across channels in internal and external communications
3. Prohibiting any misinterpretation or misuse of our brand design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The designer will be responsible for the following activities
Website Visuals
Creating banners, images, widgets for website
Uploading images, maintaining libraries of images.
Images and banners for landing pages
Social Media Channels
Design support for social media posts on facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, twitter, etc.
Editing and uploading images of events, activities on social media channels.
Creating cover images, brand look and feel on social media channels. Suggesting new designs as per strategy requirements.
Collateral & promotional support
Editing collaterals that can be admission brochure, infographic, reports, etc in terms of design.
Banners, images for emailers.
Designing posters, ppts, etc for internal communication of events and activities
Other/Special Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw – a must
Ability to design, create and execute concepts related to visual media for website, social media channels and collaterals.
Ability to understand the brand guidelines and adopt or adapt it to visual mediums.
Good verbal and personal communications skills
A self-motivated, thinker who can work successfully in a rapidly-evolving environment.
A team player with efficient operational skills who can support the manager with strategic thinking as well
Knowledge of video editing is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications:Graduate in Fine Arts preferred
Experience:0 to 3 yrs.
