Should be able to conceptualize & executive designs/thoughts
Should be able to lead a team
Illustration & sketching skills will be added advantage
Should be always looking at upping the ante
Understanding of printing techniques

Your day will consist of
Briefing the team junior designers of the day and week work plan
Team meetings for discussion of ideas.
Being an integral part of the design and production , print process
Coming up with new and innovative ideas for relevant product , attractive ads for social media , e-mailers and website banners
Being generally happy and having the odd laugh always helps!

Qualifications:
Interested in the world of art and graphic design, should be able to come out with fresh visual concepts

Experience:2 to 5 yrs.
