Job Profile/Description
We have a brand new role available for someone who thrives on variety, tight deadlines, demanding projects and never runs out of creative ideas. Your drive for design perfection plus an ability to deliver are extremely important to us. You will be part of a wider team of smart and motivated people. This position will see you creating innovative designs and implementing all concepts, marketing collateral and new web developments.

What you can expect to do:
*Design a range of content for Crux Creative Solutions, that will include graphics, brochures, edm’s for e-mail campaigns, merchandise designs, illustrated graphics, materials to service the press, advertorial content, posters and banners, content for websites
* Work on layouts and art work pages ready for printing
* Work with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
* Maintain the look and feel for the brand across entire organisation
* Deliver social media and company website management
* Actively contribute to team meetings regarding new projects, suggesting ideas and brainstorming
* Review all design work to ensure it is technically proficient before printing or publishing. Also proofreading of final designs to produce accurate and high-quality work.
* Work through the entire design process: from concept to pre-press and present final layouts for approval
* Apply research and analytical skills to develop strong evidence-based content and ideas for a variety of media
* Prioritise and manage simultaneous projects
* Liaise with developers, printers, contractors, suppliers and other external stakeholders as necessary
