At Langoor Digital, we are a team of “Creative technologists”, pushing for new ways of integrating technology to elevate the human experiences and build brands. We are the bridge between creative thinking and making(tech), exploring new ways of how brands communicate to the world.
What would you be doing?
• Define the UX strategy for online products(websites/ apps/ interactive solutions).
• Be a filter on emerging trends in digital space and share this to hopefully inspire new ideas.
• Work within a creative platform- the big idea and take it into new space.
• Define an effective design strategy keeping users, technology and business goals in mind
• Evangelize design thinking across teams in the organization, and look for new design opportunities
• Swiftly and adeptly translate complex problems into working solutions.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics and eye for detail
• Clearly articulate and defend design decisions to internal and external stakeholders
• Be a visionary, who can lead and inspire a team of creative to do their best work.
• Be a team player, who can take one for the team.
• Define and manage the team deliverables and timelines , while playing up their individual strengths.
• Desirable: Understand what it takes to build brands in the digital space.

• You have a Degree in HCI related disciplines such as UI Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design or a Degree in Graphic Design/ Applied arts with demonstrable knowhow in UX Design.
• You have spent a considerable amount of time building and nurturing creative teams.
• You have a passion for design and problem solving and get excited about creating humane experiences.
• You have been in the industry long enough to bring valuable experience in terms of leading teams, communicating with clients and nurturing a creative vision.
