Essential Qualification : MCA/B.Tech (IT)/Computer Science or equivalent from a National level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions.

Nature of Experience (Post Qualification) :
1. Minimum 18 years of post qualification relevant experience, out of which at least 6 years in senior management level as a Head of IT& Communication department/cell.
2. Knowledge of Software development, installation & updation of Networking Setups, business firewalls, data backup, data protection, document management systems. Hardware knowledge and integration,networking knowledge.
3. Must have handled ERP implementation in one or more preferably Textile Companies as Lead/Coordinator/ ERP Head.
4. Must have knowledge of up to date of Networking/ skilling /facilitation with knowledge of video conferencing; inter and intra – IT enabled communication systems along with updation and maintenance of company website with interlinking net working connectivity between different establishments across the country.
5. Must have handled requisite licensing knowledge for the IT related services with national and international agencies.Must have the knowledge and experience of handling IT enabled security and safety solutions/requirements as per Govt. regulations.

6.Must have knowledge Wide Area Network (WAN) using various medium such as MPLS, Satellite Communication etc and Software requirement analysis of key departments/functions of an organization Knowledge of Textile industry –Spinning/Weaving will be given preference.
