Job Profile/Description
Sportz Interactive is looking to hire an Associate Manager for our dynamic and creative Web Design that is revolutionizing the sports fan experience across digital platforms. Ideal profile would be a self-starter, passionate about design, creative out-of-the-box thinker, coming preferably from a Senior User Interface Design background with a strong experience in delivering awesome digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Position:
• Understand briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process
• Design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design
• Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements
• Manage and mentor a team of designers. This requires setting clear goals, managing project loads and allocating designers accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met and setting up team members for overall success
• Conceptualize ideas and drive product designs from ideation to implementation and turn them best experiences for millions of users
• Think Creative, Think Innovation and Communicate designs through mockups and interactive prototypes.
• On the product side, work collaboratively with the Development & Product Team to evolve the design to support new features and enhancements.
• On the business side, work collaboratively with the Business Team to develop visuals & layouts for brands, marketing/ sales collateral and other specific business needs and pitches.
• Ongoing communication with team to help manage concepts and deliver milestone objectives
• Participate in discussions on process and way of working improvement
• Contribute own ideas for internal projects and guidelines
• Ultimate responsibility for creative Quality Assurance
Desired Skills and Experience:
• An outstanding portfolio to showcase your talents and experience
• 3-5 years working as an Interface Designer in Digital Media
• Experience of User Experience planning, use case preparation and wireframe development
• Schooling in art/design or related field or equivalent experience
• Passionate about mobile interface design
• Strong experience in Graphic User Interface design
• Creative problem solver
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
• Must be proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Attention to detail
• Familiar with Agile development technologies (e.g. JIRA) will be an added plus.

Qualifications:Graduate preferably from a Fine Arts background
