Job Description
REPORTS TO: CEO
SUPERVISES: Graphic Designers & Visualizers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Interact with the Client servicing team and copywriter to develop relevant creative communication material from brief to output
– Manage the team of graphic designers / visualizers
– Brief the designers about the background of the campaign and the promotion/ communication goal of the creative
– Personally supervise the graphic development of every collateral
– Work closely with the Client Servicing Executive / Manager to schedule and monitor all projects
– Provide timelines for every collateral post receiving the brief
– Perform miscellaneous tasks in coordination with the Creative Director
– Advise client / vendors on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues when executing a campaign – Especially when a client gets back on a particular image to be used
– Assist in making pitch presentations to obtain new business
– Educate and develop the designers / visualizers
– Ensure the quality of images used in various mediums is up to the best of resolution
– Ensure the brand standards are intact in any form of communication collateral produced
– Will be completely responsible for sending out the correct file format to the client / vendor / printer for a respective promotion material (Hoarding,Newspaper, Standee, Menu, etc.)
– Maintain timelines at all times
– In case of any emergency / delay, keep the respective brand associate informed of the same to be passed over to the client
– Provide effective direction at Photo shoots and Video Making process
– Effectively check and approve work from a visual science, reproduction feasibility and client brief perspective
– Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time

Other/Special Requirements
Concept development and People Management skills

Qualifications:Diploma/ Graduation in Fine Arts, BFA or equivalent

Experience:8 to 10 yrs.
