Looking for a highly skilled software testing professional/Test Architect responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies for complex software systems. They are responsible for defining the overall test approach, identifying the testing requirements, and ensuring the effectiveness of the testing process. Candidates should have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, as well as experience designing and implementing testing strategies for complex software systems. They should be familiar with automated testing tools and techniques, as well as agile development methodologies. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also essential. Prior experience of software development is an added advantage.
This is your role. What part will you play?
· Develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies for complex software systems.
· Analyze testing requirements and identify the appropriate tools and techniques to be used.
· Work closely with development teams to ensure that testing requirements are integrated into the software development process.
· Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure adequate coverage of all system requirements.
· Design and implement automated testing frameworks and test suites.
· Develop and maintain test data sets and test environments.
· Monitor and report on testing progress, test results, and quality metrics.
· Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that testing requirements are met.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to testing teams and other stakeholders.
· Identify and mitigate testing risks and issues.

Education:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is usually required.
Experience: Several years of experience in software testing and quality assurance is necessary, with a focus on designing and implementing testing strategies for large, complex systems.
Technical skills:
A strong understanding of programming languages, testing frameworks, and tools is essential, as well as expertise in test automation, performance testing, and security testing.
Communication and leadership skills: A test architect must be an excellent communicator and able to work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and other members of the organization. Strong leadership skills are also necessary to manage a team of testers and ensure that testing efforts are aligned with business goals.
