Job Description
• Spearhead the copy division of all junior copy writers, assign work to them & monitor progress
• Write clear, creative, persuasive & original copy in sync with brand guidelines
• Working on Brand Reports to create a complete Communication Strategy that includes but is not limited to Brand Names, Taglines, Brand Tone, Target Audience, Positioning, Concept Rationale, etc.
• Guide the junior writers with constructive feedback & time-to-time training
• Help the Visualisers / Art Director with visual concepts, ideas, and decode client briefs when required.
• Develop creative ideas and campaign concepts, often in partnership with the Art Director / Visualizer
• Familiarize yourself with the clients’ products / services, target audience and competitors’ activities
• Help in creation & execution of social media / digital communication strategies
• Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
• Amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the Clients
• Oversee campaigns from the production through the completion stage
• Work on several campaigns at once; sometimes under pressure, and often to tight deadlines
• Keep up-to-date with popular culture and trends in advertising & digital media
• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns & build case-studies
• Join for crucial Client Meetings / Pitch Presentations, when required
• Checking all details in terms of correctness of address, phone number, etc.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, BA in Advertising / Journalism
