Job Profile/Description
Maintain calendar, schedules and co-ordinate appointments & meetings, take and relay messages, respond to requests for information
Maintain records, data, systems & MIS
Manage routine correspondence
Maintain and supervise the housekeeping of the office
Maintain stock & inventories, stationery, data back-up, etc.
Arranging travel, hotel stay, etc.
Search for information and regularly update on social media platform.
Other/Special RequirementsGood communication, confidence, analytical ability, hard work and the passion to perform
Qualifications:Graduate from any stream OR Diploma in Advertising & Marketing / Mass Communication; knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
