1. Project Title: Common Research and Technology Development Hub (CRTDH)(CDH)
2. Consolidated Compensation: Upto Rs. 30000 (depending upon qualification & experience)
3. Qualifications: The candidate must hold PG Degree from a reputed University in Science, preferably in Instrumentation, with good academic background.
4. Relevant Experience: Should have adequate research experience in large technology-based laboratories working on healthcare. The candidate should also have substantial experience of working at field level with multiple health-related technologies and have familiarity with the circumstances of rural health workers and their capabilities. The candidate will be required to interface with, on the one hand, laboratory based researchers on technologies; and on the other hand, field-level health workers and MSMEs for training purposes. Through field visits and understanding of the capabilities of the health workers, appropriate development of technologies must be guided. Similarly, ‘gaps’ in MSME capacity for quality manufacturing is to be addressed through training and prototyping facilities at the research lab. The person will have to use some of the research equipment to participate in technical development and collaborate with equipment suppliers and maintain them in proper condition. All lab work and progress of work will have to be documented and report prepared at regular intervals.
