Job Description
1) Process flow of client briefs and internally liasoning with Data and Operations team
2) On-going discussion with clients on briefs, approvals and special projects
3) Updating and maintaining Daily Job Status Report on all current & future activities
4) MIS / Query Management
5) Presentation to Client, cost estimates and contract finalisation
6) Meeting billing and collection targets
7) Research on New Clients Business proposals, lead generation, client presentation pitch
Other/Special Requirements
2-3 years in CRM / loyalty program management / Digital services
Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of MS excel
Qualifications:Graduate
Experience:2 to 3 yrs.
