Technical Leadership and Team Management:
o Provide strong leadership to the team by setting clear expectations, goals, and objectives. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance and maintain a positive work culture.

• Requirements Planning and Execution:
o Collaborate with product owners, architects and customers to define requirements, objectives, and technical specifications.
o Coordinate, collaborate and work closely with operations team for deployment and development related support.
o Plan product release milestones with release manager, allocate resources (if required), and coordinate tasks, ensuring adherence to release timelines and quality standards.
o Monitor sprint/release progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
o Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
o Serve as point of escalation for issues related to the services provided.
• Technical Expertise and Problem-solving:
o Apply your strong technical knowledge and expertise to guide the team in resolving complex technical issues and challenges.
o Provide architectural guidance, design input, and technical recommendations to support implementation.
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.
o Collaborate with other technical leaders or teams to address cross-functional technical dependencies or integration challenges.
o Direct enterprise effort to define architecture standards that are aligned with business goals, IT strategy and enterprise architecture visions.
o Drives execution of Business Requirement along with the team including research, analysis, design, proposal, and delivery of solution.
• Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
o Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback, recognition, and mentoring to drive continuous improvement.
o Identify training and development needs within the team and facilitate relevant learning opportunities.
o Address conflicts or challenges within the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with stakeholders, such as product owners, product managers, rollout managers, customers, to understand project requirements and expectations.
o Communicate technical updates, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
